Welcome to templUI Pro. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the templUI Pro website and the purchase and use of templUI Pro products ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

By using templUI Pro, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. License Agreements

Single Developer License: Grants one individual (License Holder) continuous, non-exclusive access to use our Components.

Team License: Permits up to 5 employees or contractors of the License Holder to use our Components.

Enterprise License: Allows unlimited employees or contractors of the License Holder to use our Components.

Use of our Components is subject to the conditions and restrictions outlined in the respective license agreements.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering or purchasing our Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

You agree to use our Services legally and ethically.

4. Payment Policy

Purchases are processed via Stripe, and you must agree to Stripe's terms and conditions.

5. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for digital products as templUI Pro is a digital good that cannot be returned once it has been accessed. This policy is in place to prevent abuse and is in line with industry standards for digital sales.

However, if you encounter any issues with the product, please email pro@templui.io and we'll do our best to resolve them. If there was a mistake in payment (such as being charged twice), we'll promptly refund the extra payment.

6. Privacy Policy

Our collection, use, and sharing of your personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Components are owned by templUI Pro. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without express written permission from us.

templUI Pro reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

Our Services may contain links to external websites, including Stripe. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.

templUI Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our Services.

13. Fair Use and Fraud Prevention
