License Grant
This license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use templUI Pro.
You are permitted to:
- Use templUI Pro in unlimited personal and commercial projects
- Modify the code for your projects
- Use templUI Pro in client work (per your license tier)
- Deploy to unlimited environments (dev, staging, production)
You are not permitted to:
- Publish your project in a public repository
- Share the source code with non-license holders
- Sell or distribute templates, themes, or boilerplates based on templUI Pro
- Create competing products (UI kits, component libraries, design systems, boilerplates)
- Sublicense templUI Pro to third parties
License Tiers
- Single: 1 developer
- Team: Up to 5 developers
- Enterprise: Up to 25 developers
Each license tier determines how many developers within your organization can use templUI Pro.
Important Terms
- The software is licensed, not sold
- All sales are final. No refunds for digital products once accessed
- We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or relicense the software
- License violations will result in termination and legal action

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE.
